I purchased a pkg of 30 and when opening it found that 7 of the cases were broken. The little tabs to hold the top to the bottom were broken off.
I returned the pkg to the store and they replaced it with another. The manager noticed that this one also had broken tabs and exchanged it free since she determined that I would still have more good than bad cases. However, after getting them home and beginning to use them I discovered that many more of the second batch were broken and unusable. SO I did not actually lose money, but with my inconvenience of 2 trips to the store and between the 2 pkgs there were 25 broken jewel cases, it was NOT a successful purchase.
